I went to Starbucks at the Tucson Mall on September 25th around noon to get some water for my three-year-old, and the gentlemen making the drinks completely ignored me and served the women after me and was flirting with them and giving them stickers and other free stuff along with other women who were ahead of me. Waited a couple minutes, water was ready and they called my name. Stood there 15 minutes patiently waiting while 6 people got their drinks. Finally had enough and asked them about my drink, they smarted off to me and acted like they had been waiting for me. I had been standing 6 feet from them making eye contact and they called my name for the water. This would be understandable during a rush, not during a slow time...
