Either brand new or closing.. they messed my nails up SO BAD. I’d like to start with everyone there was super sweet and welcoming. They offered us drinks and were chatty. However, I came in because of the high ratings to get my acrylics removed and instead left with my nails beat and literally in pain. I have had acrylics on for about a month so they were super overgrown and I needed them removed. They had my hands soaking in acetone for over an hour. Then proceeded to ā€œshapeā€ my nails for another 30min. I asked for square nails with rounded edges and this was the result… it took them almost two hours to get my nails off. I had to ask them to stop soaking my nails because it got to a point where my hands were just burning. They cut off all my nails that I’d been growing for weeks!! Not only was the experience terrible but they also tried charging for a full manicure even though I got no polish! They didn’t even put cuticle oil. I’m sooooo unhappy with my nails I could cry. AND MY HANDS STILL BURN FROM THE ACETONE HOURS LATER!!

Bravo, Paris Nail Spa! I am not a nail person — but my daughter is, so for her 9th birthday, we brought in 6 girls to get their nails done together. We called ahead, made an appt, got a quote. The folks working were kind and efficient, and seemed to recognize that kids can’t sit still for too long. The girls picked their gel colors, washed hands, and got some minimal shaping, then polish. Left looking and feeling great! Then they proceeded to swim and play outside at our house. And madwoman that I am, we hosted them for a sleepover. So they were scrabbling and housing around all night. This morning, nails are still perfect, even on the nail-pickers. For us, the price was very reasonable per child, and the quality fantastic (contrary to the previous review).

We went yesterday (Sunday), we waited for like 5 minutes before getting seated, which was fine. The people who walked in after us waited for like 45 min and were glaring at us though. The service was nice, they were super kind to my daughter but my daughter’s gel nail polish is already popping off after 24 hours, which is very disappointing. Would not be inclined to go again if their products do not last, as I paid nearly $100 for everything and it’s already coming off.

This might be the worst experience at a nail salon that I’ve ever had. To be fair, everyone was very kind and welcoming and sweet… unfortunately that does not make up for my burning hands and forearms. My sister and I went in to have our acrylics/dip powder removed. We wanted a reset so our nails could grow back healthy. We explained over and over again - no color, no nail polish, and that we wanted our nails natural. We were there for two hours! Just to have our fake nails removed! An hour and a half after we sat down.. it seemed like maybe they weren’t super experienced? - why on earth was it taking so long to remove some acrylics/dip? Our go-to salon does it in 20 - 30 minutes. The worst part was they had us soak our nails in pure acetone for over an hour! It’s 2 hours later right now and our hands/arms still burn and smell of chemicals 😩 even though we’ve washed them with soap and water a handful of times.. I think it’s because instead of washing our hands after all that acetone they just started the massage — so after we left, our hands, nails, and forearms were BURNING. We’re hoping it will stop after we soak them in water and apply an aloe Vera gel!! It was so painful. Then they tried to charge us $80, insisting that we had a manicure (again, we had no color, and mentioned many times that we just wanted our nails removed) They settled for $50 (thank goodness) and even offered to give us a $10 voucher (I politely refused, we will not be going back). Overall very sweet people who worked very hard… and still somehow the worst experience I’ve ever had. Hope the burning...

I was excited to try my first nail salon in the area and walked into Paris Nail Spa (Oracle) at Tucson Mall.

The place was empty, and no one noticed me as I entered, so I politely said hello. I was there to fill my Gel X and remove the Disney design, opting for something more patriotic for the 4th of July.

Susan did a great job filling my Gel X and replacing the Disney design with glitter and stars.

The total was $65 (not including tip), which felt fair, and I liked the option to book online or walk in.

At first, everything was quiet, but then a guy and two staff members came into the shop and started arguing with Susan.

She kept getting up to grab a binder and had to pause her work several times to deal with the chaos, even going to the back room at one point.

Things finally started to settle once the male staff member began working on another couple and my husband came back in.

I was rushed while choosing my shade of blue and red, and then, as I was flipping through the color options, the demo nail got stuck to my pinky!

I ripped it off myself, leaving a sticky residue and some stinging.

Susan tried to fix it with rubbing alcohol and a hand file, but I spent the rest of the day picking at the dry super glue on the side of my finger.

I also didn’t receive a hand rub and had to ask for lotion at the end.

Despite the chaos and that sticky mishap, I liked how my nails turned out, but the tense atmosphere made me think I’ll try other...

I don’t understand how anyone is giving more than one star here.. I am a first timer, saw the reviews and thought it would be a great idea! NOPE, made an appointment for 3:00pm on a Sunday for 2 pedicures, got here about 10 mins early, 2 more people walk up and get told to come back in 45 minutes… We didn’t get sat until about 20 minutes later, just to soak our feet in water not to begin services. Then we ask for the deluxe pedicure which states that it’s the spa pedicure plus but they don’t even do anything in the spa you pay more for what???? It’s so disappointing to be charged so much and not even receive the full service you are paying for. Also if you’re gonna make appointments available make sure you have enough people working to cover the appointments you guys schedule. Then the owner Alan wants to argue with you about the services because he needs to pay rent. 2 hours later not even happy with the services. HORRIBLE I highly do not recommend this place what so ever!!! Keep in mind I got French tip and none of my nails are straight!!! One of the worse nail experiences I’ve ever...
