Living at The Hub has been extremely frustrating because of how they handle packages. Deliveries are constantly locked up with no communication on when I can pick them up. Packages just sit in the lobby, and I never get updates or responses to messages. One of my packages was even held for over a week before I finally got it.

When I go downstairs to ask about my deliveries, the staff roll their eyes or act like I’m bothering them, instead of providing any real help. Today, no one was even there, and my packages are just sitting locked in the office. Even after communicating that I had a medication sitting in the mail room, I received no text back, and they even felt it was the right time to call me about renewing while ignoring my initial message.

The lack of professionalism and accountability at the Hub is absurd to me considering the price of rent and how they love to push their idea of community in your face when you sign. I’d save yourself the stress and go...

I toured Hub Tucson First and was quoted $1,399/month for the Studio Convertible + (single occupancy) for the 2026-27 school year. This same rate was listed on their website and confirmed in email correspondence. Based on that information, I signed the lease. The lease itself stated “Studio Convertible + Private,” which indicated single occupancy at the $1,399 price.

However, only after I (and my guarantors) went through the entire application process and paid the application fees did Hub Tucson First claim it was a “system error.” They informed me that my lease would not be approved by management unless I agreed to pay $2,448/month instead.

I was very impressed when I went in for a tour and I met Allie! She was so kind and sweet! I told her what I was looking for and she took the information and showed me exactly what I wanted! She had great knowledge of the place and answered any questions I had without hesitation! She was very honest and gave her honest opinion which made me trust her more! She made me feel like I would be very comfortable and happy leaving her and I loved it!
