This has Nothing to do with the Store. it has everything to do with One (Possibly two) Employees.
I had gone in Sunday after work. it's gotten to where the entire staff knows me and knows my order. I Park my bike in the front and where i can spot it while i eat. i go in wearing my work clothes and sit at my usual table. No Problem.
Now Sunday. I'm Barely at the Bike rack when i catch one of the employees glaring at me while they talk to a customer (Short, slightly overweight.). i think nothing of it until i see him behind the counter either clocking in or whatever it was. i order my food, take my seat, and wait for my food, i have had no problem getting my food before, usually, when my food is ready they know who got what and bring it to me, this guy (Rudely) called out my number and asked me (just as Rudely) asked for my reciept, i show him the reciept and he gives me my food, didn't even bother to ask me if i wanted any sauces for my fries.
The entire time i was there he kept back talking to the customer, this employee wasn't wearing a Hat or a Nametag, his demeanor towards the other guests seemed different, he had given them their food without question and was surprisingly considerate towards them, but the entire time he kept wanting to go back to that one customer.
Monday Rolled around and had wanted to go back in before heading to my brother in laws house to watch my nephew. i walk in and while there was someone sitting RIGHT NEXT to the managers office, he didn't bother getting up. (all this was between 4-410 on both days) he just stayed by the office eating his ice cream. so i just left without getting food.
At the beginning of this Review i mentioned it was about Possibly being about two employees. i'm not sure if it was the same guy but i wanted to let...
Read moreWe stopped only because it was the closest fast food, but it was anything but fast. We should have just kept going down the road a bit.
This store is very dirty. They have a AZ Widlcat sign between the order counter and the dining room. Dust was caked on thing and was creeping down the wall.
The only drink station that is by the order counter was dripping from soda, all in the inside as well as down the front. The counter where straws and napkins are was sticky from spilled soda and the trash can there was dripping with soda.
I guess they had some sort of break in because the front door was covered with cardboard and styrofoam, but the styrofoam was falling off and no one bothered to put it back on.
While waiting to place our order, a worker took a cloth into the dining room, but I'm not sure he actually did anything there because after placing our order and going to sit down most tables had stuff on them.
We were drinking tea and had to send it back because it had a spoiled taste. I'm not certain how long it takes for tea to go bad but I'm almost certain it's more than a few hours. I will give them kudos about making fresh tea for us and upgrading our drink size.
The dining room walls, tables, floor and ceiling was dirty. They may have had a water leak as the ceiling was spotted with brown spots, not sure why they didn't take the time to replace the ceiling tiles. The walls are supposed to be some sort of yellowish color but they had what looked like grease marks on them. The whole establishment looked as if no one cared. It wasn't until the end of our visit that someone began cleaning the tables and sweeping the floor.
I'm not reviewing the food because it's Jack in the Box and...
Read more:(Damned Bathroom Trolls): I do have a bit of a problem with this specific location, due to the fact that they always try to act as though they don't have a public restroom, WHEN THEY CLEARLY DO HAVE ONE! Not to mention the fact that every time I have used the restroom facilities here, ,someone tries to open the door and barge into the bathroom every 2 - 4 minutes until I am out. However, once I leave the restroom, there is never anyone waiting outside the door to use it; which irritates me when I hurry up to be courteous....just to find out there is no one waiting. Interestingly though, ,I have witnessed this particular activity countless times, ,and I even just go in to buy $1 tacos just to use the bathroom so I can experience the the intrigue of: some employee incessantly pretending to need the toilet only to make me uncomfortable so I hurry-up and leave. Sad.... However, this Jack in the Box is located right in the 'hood so-to-say, and doesn't attract the nicest or best looking patrons. The quality of the food here is consistent with other locations I have visited across the USA -Which is...
