11/15/2025: I just tried hand washing (in cold water) the pairs of cargo pants (Double Zero Brand), I bought recently and they leeched tons of color! (See picture). I still have good jeans and dress shirts I previously bought from here but certain other brands they sell now shed/pill fabric or leech too much color. 😪 I will stand by the high quality perfumes/lotions they currently sell here but I will be avoiding the clothing. Update 11/10/2025: I highly recommend the fitting rooms prior to buying as there are NO REFUNDS for clearance items or accessories. Full price items ARE EXCHANGABLE within 14 days of the origional receipt but still are NOT REFUNDABLE. Today I bought two 100% cotton flannel shirts ($15 each), two winter cargo pants($36 each), and a large bottle of perfume lotion ($45). Very helpful and friendly staff that are willing be happy to help anyone at the changing rooms. It is a very feminine oriented store so there is zero merchandise for men. The store carries household goods, some shoes, and costume jewelry. The racks are full of sales items that start around $10 and up. I still highly recommend the perfume they sell.

Update 10/7/2025: A big thank you to Bahtiyah for helping find the best pair of jean overalls! They have fantastic quality clothing here and they sell the best lotions and perfumes. The parking is still really affordable too. Sky and Sand is so awesome and a favorite place for me to shop on 4th Ave.

You can pay to park here for the whole day for around $5. Beats paying a high rate for downtown parking. Make sure you get a parking slip for your car dash to prove you paid so you don't get towed. Here they have some great discount sales for apparel when non-sale items can run around $30 and up depending on the clothes item. The ladies working here always seem very kind. I never knew this store existed until my grandma and I decided to check out some of the stores near our hair dresser. This store is so aesthetically pleasing, smells amazing, and has the cutest clothes! They have clothes that range up to 4x which I think is absolutely amazing because women of all sizes deserve to wear these beautiful pieces! They have lots of clearance racks too which is awesome, but even the full priced items are worth every penny! I got a beautiful dress that fit me like a glove and made me feel like a million bucks and a super super cute top on clearance. Kimber was the associate working and she has the warmest, sweetest presence. She was so welcoming and helped us with any and all questions we had! I just stopped by the store and bought some stuff and I love this store but today is my experience so bad … I have one exchange and I bought 4 pairs more they’re charged me for 5 pairs and when I tried to explain why they charged me for 5 .. the store staff is so so rude… I’m visiting from Seattle.. every time when I visit Tucson I stop by the store but after the bad experience like today I will never gone stop again...
