I came to this nail salon to get my fills on a Sunday, due to my regular salon being closed. The lady seemed VERY mad for some reason and started doing my nails VERY aggressively. she charged me extra for stripes. She was in a rush ,and didn't seem to like her job very much. My nails were very crooked ,when I pointed the problem out she said my fingers were CROOKED!!!! Funny because I get my nails done all the time and they have never been crooked. ,She didn't fix them because she said she didn't have "time"...well lady if you would have done your job right in the first place this could have been avoided. They spoke their language to each other and I felt like they were talking about me...I've been to nail salons and have no problem with their beautiful language but these ppl were just being rude!!! I just wanted to get outta there. That night my acrylic started cracking...Probably due to expired products or just plain up cheap products. I really don't see this place staying in business 2 much longer. Its a surprise they have lasted this long.The owner seemed like he lost his drive and passion(if it ever was there?) and the business clearly reflects this. I usually don't write reviews because I am a believer of what didn't work for me might work for you but after seeing these reviews its clear to me ,I am obviously not the only one. Would not recommend this place for a pedicure. Would not give a star if that was a choice. I hate to leave a bad review but i spent my hard earned money to have a bit of me time. Water was cold and when i mentioned it, the man turned warm water on for about 1/2 minute. He didn't bother to clip my nails or file them or anything. When he painted them a bit of the crusty part of the polish around the edge of the bottle fell onto my nail and he scrapped it off then just put clear coat over it. Needless to say my toe nail on my big toe has a streak running down it. I will now have to go elsewhere to have my toe's done again. Guess that is the reason there was no waiting.

This is the second time my mom and I have come here, the first time we came they turned us away because they were “too busy” with only one person sitting in a chair. The second time we came here it took 20 minutes just for them to start on us, then after my nails were finished I sat in the chair to get a pedicure, I have been sitting here for over an hour with not even being started, when we asked if I was getting my pedicure he said the lady went to go pick up his son and I had to wait. Yet he made us pay before hand before even finishing our nails. Ridiculous! We will NEVER come back here again. I shouldn’t have to wait for a service that I have paid for because the other employee had to go...
