Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tucson

So when my pizza came it honestly tasted pretty much like wet dough and on top of it, I had ordered marana sauce with it & that made my experience sick more so the garlic knots as well didn't taste very good at all. I had got this one particular order because it said it came with my favorite ultimate cookie as well and I was hyped about telling my friends about trying it, that it's so good and of coarse, that tasted of dough in some parts and then was burnt or overly cooked on other parts of the whole cookie and it usually comes with chocolate in the middle and for some reason there wasn't any and I have pics of that but unfortunately the rest must've gotten deleted when I was clearing out my storage room for my phone to make space inside my phone. You can see how the cookie had almost no chocolate like it usually does which also became to be a huge bummer for me.. I ordered this on the 12th so I'm not sure if they would even take my review of everything anymore but life's just been busy so much that it totally slipped my mind to remember saying anything then, i guess i really was disappointed because this is one of my favorite pizza places to eat out at amd i love there customer service and there usually spot on but with everything just being so much higher on basically everything it just sucked to know I spent some of the last of my money on something that I didn't even bother to eat alot of plus i paid for delivery so it just...

Let me start off by saying, I have NEVER had some a horrible experience at a pizza place or really any other retailer. This place is an absolute joke!!! I called and placed an order for $39.15 at 12:45pm for my mom and girlfriend while I was at work. The person took my CC# over the phone and told me the food would arrive around 1:15pm. I got a notification immediately saying that they charged my card. Well, when the delivery driver showed up at the door, he had forgotten half of my order and then proceeded to say that the food had not been payed for. My GF showed the delivery driver the charge on our acct and he told her that he needed to go back to the store and get the rest of order and would be right back. He didn't leave ANY of the food and just took ot back with him. I tried to contact the store directly to find out what happened and got routed to a call center about 10 times and they said there wad nothing they could do.. The delivery driver never came back to my house and they never called me to give any kind of explanation or update.. Fast forward to 7pm when I was able to get there after work, they said there was nothing they could go about what happened and refused to even give me any of my food. They said call my bank and dispute it with them but they refused to help or give any explanation of what happened... I never expected a simple Pizza order would turn into such a nightmare. NEVER GO TO THIS...

I usually love Pizza Hut. My last 3 experiences specifically with delivery have just been beyond disappointing and a waste of money. I've learned my lesson and will order delivery elsewhere. I cannot seem to get my food I ordered. My last experience: There was max 2 individual toppings per piece. At least 3 of the 8 pieces only had sauce and cheese to the middle of the slice. The crust and about an inch up was just bread, and extremely dry. And the pizza was luke warm at best. I got regular bread sticks instead of the cheese sticks I ordered and paid extra for. I got plain fries when I paid for lemon pepper fries, otherwise would've never gotten them. And my wings had practically no sauce except what looked like the spittle of the end of a bottle. I mean literally maybe a quarter teaspoon, and thats being nice, between 8 large boneless wings. Now I know you can call and probably get someone to bring your order correctly or reimburse you for the difference in what you got versus what you ordered, but when it is 9 at night and you have two kids and a husband to feed who have been hungry for a while, it's not worth the time and trouble. So I settled for what I got and made the best of it. Simply wanted to share my experience and will take the lesson learned from this and order delivery...
