The woman who works here, Nitasha, went above and beyond for me today. I got a pair of earrings, two nose rings, and she even threw in an additional nose ring free of charge. She also cut out my piercing I came in with, free of charge, because it was stuck. I was having a hard time with the first two I bought, because they were L shaped. She gave me a straight one because it was easier to slide into my piercing. She was so kind and insightful. I had an upsetting experience with the jewelry store located upstairs, and Nitasha made my whole day so much better. I went and visited her twice during my trip to South Center. So grateful for this kiosk! Plus all of their jewelry was gorgeous!...

Definitely not worth your time. I needed an item fixed immediately after purchase. It took them 60 days to repair/fix the item. I missed the event I needed the product for. Asked for a refund, no refund given. All sales are final.

Had to call them weekly for updates on when the item would be finished. Each time I was told they would call me back, on my 5th call the service rep stated "what's your number?"
