Read moreIll only give it 2 stars because the lady that helped me out was very nice, very professional but if you plan on financing your jewelry be careful because if you pay $500 first month and think ” oh ill be alright not to pay next month since my minimum is $35 and i already paid $500” Your wrong , their bank will charge you a $37 late fee(that was what i was charged) if you do not pay the minimum, which is crazy and I’ve never experienced that before. But thats i guess thats how they stay rich. So be careful y’all. And it doesn’t matter how much you want to pay each month as long as its more than the minimum ,you have to pay it each month to avoid late fees.
Pay all of your debt on time , and make sure if its finance with one year or two. One day late and you could be paying a super high interest and this company cares less and will charge you, they wont...

I was extremely dissapointed in this shift of attitude that has now become an elitist, condescending and off putting store to go to, i unfortunately will now dread going in to have my jewelry serviced knowing this is how they are treating their customers.
