Let me say how excited I was to try both the mochi donuts and the rice dogs and how we went out of our way to specifically go to this location, only to get absolutely dismissed by this establishment. We ordered half a dozen mochi donuts and one corn dog through the kiosk up front without so much as a greeting from any employee, and while ordering the system asks for a phone number so it can notify you when your order is ready. I also received a text on my phone verifying that I placed an order and would receive another text message once my order was ready. After reading some reviews I found that occasionally there were extended wait times so we decided to walk around until our food was ready. After an entire hour we finally came back to mochinut to see if our order was forgotten. Come to find out it was ready, we had just never been contacted and they allowed our food to sit on the counter for about 45 minutes. The employee up front stated that we should not rely on the text messaging because sometimes there is no service in the mall so they just call out orders whenever theyâre ready. Due to the lack of communication we asked if they could remake the rice dog so we could have it fresh. The employee went to the back to speak with her manager named May, and it was decided that we were entirely at fault and they would not remake it. So we asked if we could have a refund and the manager allowed that. It is insane to me that I have had more interaction with a vending machine than a local business and the utter lack of care for their customers as well. This business must entirely rely on tourism because they clearly do not have any desire to have...
Read moreDonât waste your money here. The customer service is absolutely horrid. The young short (Asian) girl that works at the register and calls out orders was so incredibly snarky. If you didnât immidietly teleport up to the counter to grab your food, she will yell out your order number ten times louder, and make a disgusting rude face.
Not to mention I forgot my receipt at the kiosk (which, by the way, is the WORST thing ever. Why is the tip automatically 18%?) and she snags it, looks at it with a grossed out face, and says âUmmm.. is this yours?đđ¤¨â.. like yes? Whatâs with the weird attitude ?
If you donât like your job, LEAVE. No need to make customers feel like a burden for ordering there.
Mozzarella corn dog was absolutely garbage too. Undercooked but somehow also piping hot, and falling off of the stick. Would never...
Read moreI enjoy a korean dog from Mochi once in awhile and today I came with my son and there was definitely some new faces. The lady with the straight black hair and bushy eyebrows slim - had an ugly attitude. I asked her one simple question and she replied as if I had offended her. I was asking the girl with the glasses and she overstepped by answering for her as if she couldn't do it herself. She falsely advised us stating there were out of stock and over fried our korean dogs and the sticks were weirdly wet. Hence the fact that she went back to the red hair girl and said something to her and laughed. Now the other girl with the pretty smile and glasses was very kind and the red haired girl was also approachable. Behave approachable. Smile more and answer calmly in this kind...
