I went into here for the first time with my brother for his birthday. The employee’s name is Fae and they left such a great impression on me. They are a people’s person, they conversed well with not only me but my 8 year old child and younger sister. She was very patient with my kid, answered all his questions. She interacted with us, and because she was so amazing I wanted to spend more time in the store. I left buying more than I intended to and that is not a complaint, because I think she did her job perfectly and created a very ideal customer experience that ended up helping the business as well (I spent more money). Fae is a great person and I’m thankful for that experience. I will return (eventually) and I’m eager to tell my friends about...

This is slightly misleading, because I want to write a review for the new location at the Tulsa Premium Outlets, but that location is not on Google. So please keep in mind this review is for the Outlet location in Jenks. This store could be fantastic and relaxing, but it's so chaotic with the toy store connected to it, noisy toys and kids..... and I love kids! I have five of them myself and been a childcare supervisor. I love kids! But these two stores clash. They are completely opposite. And the music is absolutely insane. I get a headache every time I go. There's nothing relaxing about it, and I can't even think to buy something. This store has the potential to be incredible, but it's just not. Went into the store to purchase a popular collectible item called a labubu. When I opened the product it was a fake. Each one is about $20 so this was alarming. We brought the dolls in, and requested a refund. The store would not allow refunds and instead offered us store credit. I replaced the items with a different collectible item called Sonny angels and all four of them were also fake. The cashier was kind and understanding.

Edit: store owner is working on a refund and says they are taking these products off of their shelves. Still make sure to check these labels before...
