I love Henry’s jeweler!! Would Give more stars if I could. I had a special charm with my Late mother’s finger print on it that I cherished. I wanted to replicate it for my sisters and I in real gold so that it would last. No one in town could do it and seemed put out that I asked. One well known jeweler nearby, that I have given lots of business to, couldn’t help me but referred me to Henry’s. Henry’s not only helped me, they took special care to detail. They strengthened the toggle so that it would safely not come loose and helped me find nice chains. Even shortening one for me so that I could take it home that day. They even kept the charms exquisite to show my mom’s fingerprint which wasn’t easy to do. Henry was careful to polish the charm to get her fingerprint to show up better. So KIND and THOUGHTFUL! They also were so thoughtful to sell me the imprint (or mold) to keep ~ to make for future charms for my little girls. This is a piece that I will treasure for a lifetime. My sisters and I will have a piece of our mother because of them! So very thankful. They are such special people and went above and beyond for me. They exude such joy in what they do and in who they are. I’m looking forward to giving them my business in the future! They have so many beautiful pieces and work on site! I recently broke my engagement ring (it was my grandmas so it was old anyways) and I also needed it resized. I took it to Henry’s to fix after receiving a recommendation for them from Israel Diamonds. Henry was so kind and friendly! He let me know that a few prongs on the ring were also broken, so he fixed those too. I live out of town, so I let Henry know my mom would be picking up the ring. She said when she arrived, Henry was so kind and acted like he’d known her for years! I felt that the work he did was very fairly priced, and the ring turned out beautifully!! He built me an anniversary band to perfectly fit the wedding ring my husband chose over 20 years ago.
