I have been a big fan until now. I went to Woodland Hills Mall to buy the bold curb chain toggle necklace. The young lady at your Woodland Hills Mall location made me feel like I was really putting her out to be there, it was first thing in the morning.. Then she acted disgusted when I pointed out that the necklace was extremely tarnished. I made arrangements to go pick it up 5 hours later. This was the earliest she could get it to me. I pondered the way I was treated, I did not want to go back to that store. So I called my store in Arkansas by where we live and they said they could not get it because they are at a Dillards couldnāt get it. Iām treated very well at that store. Dillards has outstanding customer service always has. So I decided to order online. When it showed up it was also tarnished, it was only $500 but thatās a lot of money to spend for a necklace that comes pretarnished. I called the home office they said send a pic via email they did not reply still have heard nothing from them. I realize this isnāt Debeers but Iād like the necklace to be shiney new when I buy it. I have a box for silver pieces and my old stuff doesnāt look this bad. I was finally offered a polishing clothe after I went public with my dissatisfaction. We only care if others know ?. I will have it cleaned. I have 7 adult children, 6 girls who have enjoyed your jewelry, we HAD a tradition of all the woman having the Ruth scripture ring. Will be rethinking that as well.
I understand you canāt fix what you are unaware of.Being a business owner I know you canāt do anything if you donāt know thereās a problem but I voiced my concerns and my disappointment was ignored and not responded to until I started writing reviews in public, finally being offered a polishing cloth. Who has that kind of time? I will spend my money where I am treated...

My husband found it a couple of weeks ago and took it in the other day and they fixed it and polished it for free as part of their lifetime warranty!! They also let me know I can go up and get it polished at any time for free. I was so happy to get it back and can't wait to start wearing it again as I use to. It's my favorite piece of jewelry he's ever bought me...except my wedding ring set!! It meant so much because he went out and looked for this for me!!
