Swig — Local services in Tulsa

Needs more signs to help navigate to the correct place to get into line. My first time going there I ended up getting blocked in by cars in line (I had no idea where to go). The workers that were taking orders completely ignored me and let me sit there for at least 3 minutes and possibly could have been longer until someone honked at me because they thought I was trying to cut in line. This finally got the attention of one of the workers who came over to let me know how everything worked and then told me I would have to get in the back on the line. No biggie but I was on my lunch break and I had been sitting there so long that if they would have helped me I would have been next to order instead of having to get behind 6 people who pulled in shortly after me. Then going to order - I was picking up a mobile order and then going to order for myself. The mobile order was my coworkers. They told me they couldn’t do more than one order on the iPad that I would have to pick up the mobile order at the window and put my other order in and they would have me pull to the side and then run me out my drink. Again no biggie but now I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and now I’ll have to wait again once I finally get to the window because you can’t just put in another order. First time there and was sooo excited for a drink! Unfortunately, the drive thru signs are very confusing and there aren’t any kind or helpful employees. i got to the drive thru window and immediately the girl at the window started yelling at me for a name and when i told her i was trying to order and she told to go back to the line and order there. when i told them i was confused the lady at the window was very rude and basically told me to figure it out. after i “figured it out” i realized that the drive thru line starts in a parking lot on the other side of Swig and had a tiny sign that said “drive thru here.” the employee who took my order was very short and didn’t try to make any conversation and after she took my order she just walked off, not really explaining where i had to go after. there’s a break in the drive thru because you had to cross a road leading to a different business and then you can go thru the actual drive thru part of the store. when i came back to the window the same rude girl pretty much threw my drinks in my hand and told me i could leave now. for a “christian based” store, they were not welcoming or kind. i should have definitely read the reviews before going bc i could have saved my gas, money and time. anyone who is thinking about trying this soda shop should really just go to Sonic bc they have the exact same drinks and...

It was my first time going today and I was so excited to try a drink. I was really going for the excitement because I had extremely bad news about a family members cancer today. I get there and I’m waiting in line and the girl with the iPad skips me. Which I totally understand is an accident. But then I continue to wait in line for 20 more minutes and when I get up to the window, the staff completely dismisses what I was saying and makes it as if I went the wrong way into the drive-through. And they tell me that I need to go to the back of the line for several cars were behind me and wait again. It’s really disappointing to see service like this after hearing such a rave about this place. I ended up just telling the staff I’ll go somewhere else and have a good day and even then they still did not care to make things right. This was the Icing on the cake of my bad day. I hope you guys learn that there are bigger things people are dealing with when they come through your drive-through and to maybe take the time to actually listen to them about what...
