Two stars b/c sometimes they care enough to get it right, though not tonight. Tonight was a ZERO stars. I was the only customer there, and THAT should have been my red flag, but noooo... I thought I'd have some faith and order a burger. The only condiment that I'd asked for on the burger was mayo. What I got was an extremely dried out burger that I felt was leftover from last Tuesday. It was tasteless and hard, but not quite puck hard - just getting there with crispy edges. Had the patty been bigger it might of passed as a hockey puck. The prepper drenched it in a red sauce that tasted as if that had sat out on a shelf past expiration, which could be known as stale ketchup but all I knew about it was that it was nasty. Who knows why ketchup was even added on to my light MAYO ONLY burger, since I was the only customer in there ordering just one meal. I wish they'd state why they cook a burger flattened down so greatly that it becomes dried out and hard, but at least that explains why they felt the urge to slather it with stale ketchup. Does the cook re-fry their fries? Mine were so crispy they took on a new meaning of fried. I believe that I could have skipped them in a pond as one could do with river rocks. I allow myself one burger and fries a month. I wound up with a dried out, almost hockey puck hard burger slathered in stale ketchup, and fries that I could have taken to the river and rippled through the water. Some ranch dressing might have been helpful... Come on guys, way to be disgusting. I was nice to you. There was no reason to be that way. Would not recommend this location solely for it's night manager Tyrone. We pulled up at 11:50 and put in our orders for a #5 and #7, but the #7 was misheard as the #1. A simple fix that could've been corrected with a delete of the incorrect meal and add in the correct one, which was nothing but an additional patty added to the bacon cheeseburger. Not a big deal, however the manager deemed it worthy enough to blow up at the poor drive thru employee and made multiple rude and loud comments, a few of them being something about incompetency, the customers are gonna have to waaait for the delay, and that he would shut off the lights on everyone at 1 and laughed at his own joke. He came back to the register shouting numerous times, and as we sat patiently waiting for our food, we could still hear the manager yelling even with windows closed. We got our food after being handed it by Tyrone, and after arriving home discovered onions covering burger, to which I'd requested removed due to allergy. Horrible service from the manager, with a nasty passive aggressive attitude especially towards his staff which is pitiful considering he couldn't pay close enough attention to what he was cooking because he was distracted giving everyone else a hard time. Im so MAD I left home early to get food b4 my over night shift, to be the sec person in line NOBODY in the lobby and 4 workers and I still DID NOT get my food because the wait time. It would been unbearable if there was only 1 worker in the line making food. But for all them work on the grill line I see PLAYING thru the window made it EVEN WORSE. I had enough of watch them talk and PLAY to the point I ask the only person in front of me to let me move past so I could make it to work LATE!!!! Thanks SO MUCH 4 NOTHING.
