I called two days ago to see about completing a print job. They told me to use the online ordering and that there was not a person in the store to print on Thursday. He said they would be ready sometime Friday. So I call Friday to check order status. He tells me there was no one in store to print Thursday o Friday and that he would as going to have two people in store Saturday to catch up for the days behind they were that she would be there at 0900 and I could pick my order up Saturday. Saturday I go to pick up order and stand in a line. There is only one associate working. She tells me the cutter is not cutting straight as it needs a new blade. Another associate is standing about 15 feet away from the working associate and she states “I’m in training”. I’m not sure what kind of training she was in but she was not learning the job of the printing associate, answering the phone, or even trying to help this other girl out by even handing her the printed items off the copier. Manager came by and pulled training associate to another department. This is not how you run a business or take care of customer needs. Had I known this was an issue beforehand I could have made other arrangements. 3 days was plenty of time for this small order. I will not be returning my business at this store. The employee proceeds to cut way too much off the spine, doesn’t even cut it straight, and due to both of those factors when she punches it, she punches thru all the text on the spine of the book. She doesn’t even notice any of this stuff while she’s working on it. I pay for it, open it and notice this. She then tells me well I can give you refund, this does nothing for the $25 book that certain parts of are now ruined.
