Updated review due to terrible employee and experience. I love Chipotle, but this one current staff member is rude, always rushes even when it's not busy, and does not give good customer service. Never have I had such an issue with a Chipotle worker before. I've been coming here for years. This girl has helped me several times, each time the experience was bad. Today, the line was out the door. They had a rush, and she helped me. I asked for half and half for sofritas and chicken. She accidently gave an entire scoop of sofritas and told me I would have to pay more. When I said no, she threw the entire bowl away and started over despite the line. I've had this happen multiple times, and never have they thrown away all the food or demanded I pay extra due to them scooping too much. Asked for her name to complain and she rudely replied she didn't have to give it to me. I've never complained at any food spot in my life until today.

Read moreSo I don't go here often it's usually for my son and it's never been a problem, but i just went recently and I'm not really complaining about the food other than the girl putting it together just was rushing me and telling me everything was out or would be out in a minute, but the woman who rang me up was so rude snapping at me because I wanted to redeem a reward and she kept asking me what do you want and I told her what are my options because the QR code said scan to reveal your gift but didn't say what it was. She kept saying what do you want and I was telling her can I scan the QR and finally she let me and it told her what I got, which was a free drink so she tossed my cup in the bag. Also to top it off I never got my points for the purchase. I never lost my cool because I also am in retail and sometimes have a bad day, but I never take it out on a customer. The receipt didn't have her name on it because she rang under the young man who was ringing before her, but I think she was the manager because she was dressed differently from everyone else. Read moreI don’t normally post any reviews less then 4-5 stars. But I just had too. I visited Chipotle on 9/16, took my two kids. My son (11) always gets beans, cheese and chicken burrito. Normally they will give him extra beans, or charge less, but not today. That’s okay, I paid full price for the burrito. My oldest and I got a bowl, and like many have commented, we all got less than a quarter of their spoon of meat. I added guacamole, and again they barely added any but still charged the full amount. However, they did load me up with hot sauce, which was actually spicy today and made it hard for my son to eat. I did say something about the portions, but I let it go cuz I didn’t want to be a “Karen”, might sound like one here, but I just wanted to share my experience.
