I was excited to see this store opening up but honestly management is terrible. I bought some bed sheets that were Ralph Lauren and were marked clearance so I thought lucky me! Well wrong come to find out the sheets were some off brand from like target or something. I have to drive back mind you I live in Los Banos so ok no one’s fault right. Well I get there buy a carpet for my living room and tell the cashier about what happened. She gets another African American girl and this lady was so rude. She gets an attitude like if I was the one that changed the sheets. Then proceeded to ask where the bag where I had the sheets was from because her store didn’t have plastic bags. Well at the point I didn’t even acknowledge her anymore it’s not my fault that someone else did this and an employee marked them down instead of putting it aside as a loss. The bag was from next door Tjmaxx, then when I paid the other stuff I got no one even offered to help bringing the carpet to my suv. I was lucky to have someone else with me and that we both workout because we were able to do it on our own. Read moreI had such high hopes for this store when it first opened as I love Homegoods and have shopped other stores out of the area multiple times. The first month, it was great! The merchandise was nice, the store was clean and orderly and the workers were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it didn’t last. The merchandise has degraded substantially (It’s now more junk than anything), the store is a mess and the staff is unprofessional. The last time I was there I listened to two employees loudly complain about a coworker and their shifts for about 15 minutes while I waited in a long checkout line! Ridiculous. Where’s the manager of this store? I’m back to shopping at other Homegoods stores that are actually worth my visit and have nicer...

Another manager is nice when purchasing but I had to do a return and when I got to her, she was rude and changed her demeanor. She started a conversation with the customer on the other registered and barely acknowledged me. Then there is someone in stock who knows 4 resellers, one of which is at the store daily with her kids, looking for Hello Kitty merchandise. The items are separated and ready for them before it has a chance to hit the floor or customers can see it. Needless to say, I hate this location.
