Unfortunately, my first visit to this location was very disappointing. Taken to consideration that the location was closed for in-house dinning due to Covid, they have since opened this location back up again.
We came in on a weekday afternoon. There was not very many customers at the time which made it even more disappointing that the location was so unkept. The tables/seating area was not wiped and it was hard to find a clean table to sit at.
There was dirt and food on the floor and the work station, where the food is put together, was so dirty. The back area, where the food is cooked was also very dirty. Countertops were not wiped down and food was all over the counters/tables and the floor.
Those that worked there, fortunately, were nice enough. We were greeted with a very soft spoken team member. When I asked for a steak quesadilla, I was told that I needed to order it online. What?! Weird. Overall, those that worked there didn't really know what they were doing because every time we asked a question, they needed a (manager) to get the answer and/or they didn't know the answer, period. Also, they said that they were not serving fountain drinks, only bottled, but when we sat down we noticed other patrons were provided cups to get some fountain drinks. What?! Weird again. The condiments area was missing all the extras it normally comes with including lemon wedges and chipotle tabasco sauce (another fav). The (manager) later brought one out but there was hardly anything in the bottle.
The food was "off." My partner ordered a steak burrito and I ordered a salad with barbacoa. The meat was mostly fat and cartilage; I will attach a photo and there was so much "liquid" in my salad you can pour it into a condiment cup; I will attach a photo of that also. The chips, which are usually my favorite (with the guac), tasted stale. It tasted as if it came from the grocery store too. The guac did not have enough salt, which isn't a big deal, but it didn't taste like that Chipotle guac I love. ..
Overall, my biggest issue with the location was that it WAS NOT CLEAN. Otherwise, staff was nice enough and food was slightly less than satisfactory. I hope they fix these issues soon because Chipotle is one of my fav "food...
Read moreAight, I’m not one to post negative reviews cuz I get some days just aren’t great. BUT LORD HAVE MERCY AM I MAD. Just moved here from out of state a few days ago, love chipotle, lucky me this delightful little spot is just a few minutes from my domicile. Sunday during lunch shift, I’m lucky enough to walk in and be the first one in line to get food for my wife and kids. Things are moving a bit slow but that’s ok, a kindly old Vietnam vet kept me company as we chatted. After their third attempt to finally wrap my burrito, I had the pleasure of waiting another 5 minutes for them to put condiments on my wife’s order while the line grew from just me and the kindly vet to about 15 people backed up to the door. The one attendant kept taking order after order until about 10 trays of food just sat in the cold unfinished. The cashier came out and just started putting the aluminum covers on vs helping until she walked off to the back again. After much delay, my orders were finally finished. When I say I stood at the cash register for 15 minutes I’m not even close to kidding. I asked THREE times for a cashier to please ring me up so I could feed my family. No cashier ever came. Finally asked the one attendant if I a $20 in cash would cover it so I could just take the food, now horribly cold, and go. So what’s he do? He walks back to the cashier to ask her if it would cover it just to come out and say it wouldn’t! And still no cashier!!! Finally turned to the kindly vet and asked him if he would think me rude if I just left and he said most definitly not, he was about to do the same. I turned around after being there for almost 40 minutes and left without my food still sitting in a cold pile but the cashierless cash register… at least Taco Bell was able to take my money and feed my family after that. I will never ever be back until new management is in place. Utterly livid and disappointed…...
Read moreOn January 20, I got greeted by a rude cashier. She kept giving me a hard time about a DoorDash order and refused to me the order. Even though I verify the name and she can see from my phone the name.
It seemed like she was trying to purposefully hold me up from delivering orders.
Also on the 22nd, the male running the cashier that night was ignoring me on purpose. I attempted eight times to get a order from a customer. I was the only dasher he was ignoring. He kept telling me to wait and did this for 45 mins. I called dasher support and they tried to get in contact with the store with no success TWICE!!
I’m not sure what’s wrong with this location but ignoring people on purpose and purposely holding up drivers orders is getting old fast. Even another dasher tried helping me but the cashier refused to help me until I was walking out the door. I already reported the store on the app for the refuse help and ignoring me multiple times. I’m not the only one saw it. Customer s around me saw as well.
This location really irritates me because it seems to punish DDer’s and make them wait longer than the usual wait times. I drop so many orders from this location. Due to staff not wanting to help or just long lines, then having to wait 30 mins or more for a order.
The old system worked fine. We could grab orders on a shelf and go back on our way. This new system on waiting for a staff to acknowledge you. Then 5/10 your order may not be ready. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ I also had another order next door at five guys. They handled the situation a bit better and I didn’t have to wait more than 5 seconds.
It seems they need two people at the counter for chipotle. One that handles customers orders and one that...
