Wushiland Boba - Tustin — Restaurant in Tustin

Another location of Wushiland Boba. This is a fairly new location thats inside the 99 ranch market. There are 2 doors - entrance/ exit, the boba shop is located on the right hand side. You will see it right after you enter the market. Small store but friendly staff. There a certain level of noise because it is inside a market after all.

There were a few customers waiting/ordering drinks when I went in so this place can attract alot of customers especially with kids that come to the market with their parents. I also saw an old caucasian lady ordering boba too so this is a good spot to open a boba place. Waiting area can be small though and you can be waiting for your drink in an aisle of products and with people grocery shopping.

Drink taste and quality wise is good, consistent with their other store.

Overall, this is always a good boba shop to grab drinks at regardless of their locations but the reason why I’m giving them a 4 star is because nothing that WOWs me and makes me feel like this place is amazing. Don’t get me wrong, i’m saying this is because they are consistently good that in order for me to give them a 5, i need to see something that stands out comparing to other good...

Got our go tos Roasted Oolong Milk Tea and Brown Sugar Roasted Oolong Milk Tea. Boba pearls were cooked perfectly and they give you a LOT which seems the norm for Wushiland. Tea flavor is strong in the drinks which I love. I recommend get the drinks 50-70% sweetness as they are quite sweet unless you have a big sweet tooth. The brown sugar syrup adds a nice nuttiness but also very sweet. The staff were so polite and kind. I hope this Wushiland does well it's my favorite boba chain and it adds some spark to Old Town Tustin. Soft opening right now has 10% off and grand opening will have BOGO 50%...

Conveniently located inside Ranch 99 with consistent high quality drinks and perfectly soft-chewy boba. Love my go-to tea lattes and fresh brew teas, and always appreciate adjustable sugar and ice level.

Went during soft and grand opening and the staffs were friendly with nice energy. I also tried the new matcha latte which had such deep, flavorful taste of matcha. Next time I’ll try with red bean toppings. Highly...
