Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors — Restaurant in Tustin

We don’t get food from Pick Up Stix very often and it will be a long time before we do again. I placed an order on the Pick Up Stix Tustin website this morning for delivery at 6:00 this evening. I got a confirmation email soon after. At around 5:30 I got a text saying that my order was being delivered at 6:00. Shortly thereafter I got another text saying that my order was confirmed for 5:45-6:15 and they would let me know when it leaves. Then at 6:00 I get a text saying that my order has been canceled. I called them and sat on hold for 20 minutes just to find out that they couldn’t locate my order. They said they would check into it and call me back. I never heard back. No explanation. No...

Based by the type of greeting I received that alone should of told me what to expect on food. I have only been to PUS 1 other time and it's been awhile since then. So, when I walked up to the counter and ask "A. Bayan" name on my receipt, what she recommended? She stared at me for a silent moment rolled her eyes at me and preceded to say "everything is good". It was obvious that I was not important enough to her and I was bothering her. This made me feel very awkward especially since I was had people behind me I didn't want to make a fuss and just paid for orange chicken and rice and decided to leave. The orange chicken was bland and soggy. I took 3 bites and throw it out. Worse 12 bucks...

Came here and food that I got was horrible, never coming here again, I went from Panda Express to here thinking it will be better but A Bigg No” I ordered Chow mein and dude recommended the honey chincken I was actually thinking fire cracker chicken but I went with his recommendation. When k got home the noodles was Trash! They were so soggie and nasty looking (brown color) not tasting anything like chow Mein.. and the honey chicken was horrible and I ordered extra too SMDH. Either you guys need a new cook cuz he is not meeting the expectations.. I ended up throwing food away! Never ever coming back to this place! And I paid $14 and Change .....
