I had ordered 17mins out with the Starbucks app saying it will be about 4-6 mins. I get there and stood for close to 5 mins before someone asked if I had a mobile order. Then it took them another minute or so to find the order sticker for the cup. She took another 3-4 minutes to make each drink. The lady had no drive to make it quick. Then she asked her team mate on food if my food was there, which she stated that they didn't have an order under my name on their side. It was sitting by the mobile order. They had at least 5 people that I saw working there and I am not sure why the mobile orders or any of them were behind 17mins. Made me late for work so never ordering here again. If y'all can't work quick in the morning then I wouldn't take a morning job. Last thing, thanks for giving me 1.5in worth of foam on top of all the ice you put in a venti because now I just paid for a grande at a venti price.

So I go to Starbucks every morning, order the same thing, every time. I’m not one to change up what I like. I ask for the Venti Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaker, which I know what all consists in the ingredients! Today they were out of the Oatmilk. Which is fine and understandable. I pay for my order and the lady gives me a grande which I politely state, it’s suppose to be a venti. She said she’ll have it right out and asks me if I wanted the grande anyway, I say sure. I taste the grande coffee, which I have to say tastes better than the venti they ended up making me and noticed that it had cinnamon in it… Like I said, I know what this coffee consists of and am very sure that it is not suppose to have cinnamon in it. Terrible all the way around, the venti also, had cinnamon in it as well and tasted horrible!! Poor service! Horrible drinks! Do better Starbucks!

For the past few months the quality of the drink and the service has really been poor at this location. Today I ordered my drink the the order was repeated back to me me and when I read it on the screen it was correct. My drink was passed to me out the window and it had whip cream all over it. I said to the young lady can you please take this back can you please take this back and just knock the whip cream off the top. She tells me no no I would have to totally make the whole drink over. And continues to pass me my cup. I read it and I say the sticker plainly says no plainly says no whip. She looks at me and shrugs her shoulders as if it's nothing she can do. She did not attempt to correct their mistake. Please lets get some new staff or training done. Drinks don't even taste the same anymore.😡😡😡😡😡
