Cannot beat the customer service up here!!!! They chipped the back of my stone while resizing it, I had a weird stone in my ring so they had a hard time trying to replace it, we went through multiple stones but they did not stop until I was happy! Turns out it was an amorphous diamond, only made in India so they had to order it. I started shopping for a new wedding ring in the midst of that. I stopped at every jewelry store in the mall and didn’t really find anything that I like. Helzberg said every ring I tried on “was beautiful on me.” Zales rose gold wasn’t rose at all. Went over to marcs to check on my old ring and ended up finding one I loved! Everything is immaculate in their store. Gave suckers to and played with my kiddos. Supplied water, coke, and sprite. Super friendly folks, I highly recommend this place. I know if I EVER have a problem, they’ll do everything in their power to fix it and won’t stop...

Needed links added to a silver bracelet. Very simple!They said they could do it but it would take 2 weeks because it had to be sent out. 4 days later they called and said it was ready and that the salesman did the repair his self in the back and never sent it out. The workmanship was very unsatisfactory! I asked them to send it out this time and have it done correctly and they said they would. Almost a month went by and they never called to say it was ready so I called them and they said it was ready. When I picked it up it looked the same as it did before. Like it was never sent out… which I don’t think it was and that’s why I never got a call that it was in. I complained again and was told that’s the best they could do for the price they charged me. Ruby, who helped us with our ring was fantastic, no issues there. However, the reason for sharing my experience is because of the ring being held at the store, or because jeweler never repaired my ring after sending it in and getting it back over a week later even though we were told it would be sooner. Also we were told it was going to be cleaned and it wasn't. I wanted my ring ready for me before I got married and that did not happen. So with the time it took but most importantly, the diamond in the ring was still rattling, I'm left really...
