Staples — Local services in Ukiah

I always find the goods I am shopping for. The prices are reasonable and the sales are great. All the employees I have ever encountered are more than helpful and knowledgeable, and friendly. The store is clean, nicely arranged, and well stocked.

The above was an older review, but today I can just repeat my previous experience by continuing to attest to the super employees, their knowledge and helpfulness, how clean and organized they keep the store, and their very friendly manner. 05/23/2025 Ditto to the above. Certain policy's put newer employees in an uncomfortable position. It becomes time consuming to resolve. If a battery is defective that was purchased for a computer it shouldn't be any kind of an issue to returned and replace. I can say I was treated politely and the problem was resolved....

I always use Staples, a friendly helpful staff. I am confused about no receipt for a two year warranty on a printer though, and no receipt for the printer I traded in for $30.00 I will try to resolve today. Mostly, Staples is a reliable go to store with wonderful sales...
