Another Update: It is unbelievable how this Panda Express continues to get worse! How can they not even cook rice right?? It is just SO bad on every level from food (dried out and flavorless-except you can taste all of the oil used), to portion size (I was able to fit 2 "plates" into 1 container), to customer service (just rude, inadequate and unacomodating)! I keep thinking they will step it up and I get sooo disappointed every time! Such a waste! I used to love Panda Express. :( Update: No improvement. It has only gotten worse and as you can see, nobody monitors the reviews. Original: I have been going to this Panda Express every week since it opened. I moved from SoCal and had really missed Panda Express. Unfortunatley, there are a few things about this location that disapoint me. Number 1, their portion sizes are insufficient. Last night, I ordered a 2 entree dinner and I could fit all of the entree portion into one of the small sections of the box. Additionally, I could see the bottom of the box where the rice was because it was so scanty. I felt like I would have gotten more if I had ordered a bowl, but I paid for a 2 entree plate. Number 2, they don't rotate their food. They just mix up the old food with the new. This is really gross when you get pieces of chicken that have obviously been left in for a couple of rounds (which were probably the pieces they skimped out of somebody's previous order). I’m dropping my score to 1 Star. After all that I complained about with missing items in the drive thru, I go inside to order for the first time and get the same exact results. We waited 7 min for the spring rolls and grilled chicken to finish only to go home for them to have forgotten the spring rolls again! Is it foolish for us to have trusted them enough to not look in the bag since we had already waited? Out of the 4 times we have visited this location, 3 of them had missing items.
Don’t use their drive thru. Panda Express offers a great variety of options and I genuinely feel it’s worth my money. But my experience with this location has not enjoyable at all. I have visited 3 times and all three times I’ve gone thru the drive through because the lines inside are incredibly long. You would think that with a location where the food is already made, that the drive through would be a breeze right? WRONG. It took 35 minutes my first go around. The food was hastily cooked you could tell. Our initial thoughts were “ Hey they are Just getting a hang of it. It’s brand new.” Fast forward a month later. Our second visit was met with major annoyance. Trying to order was a challenge. They would add items to our menu that we didn’t even say for. When we got our order, we were naive to think it would be all there; They missed an entree so we had to drive back. Again the quality of the food was rushed. Read moreI have had the worse experience ever with the customer service, I left without my food. This is not the first bad experience with how their employees handle customer service, but it is the one that made me decide to NEVER go back. Saturday night (Dec. 12th at 6:30 pm) it was busy and I understand a dinner rush. I was ordering 2 plates and a bowl. The lady was very frustrated that I asked questions regarding Shrimp and followed every statement with is that all and even asked are you done. Made me feel very unwelcome. I asked her to read the order back, she had it wrong i clarified. I get to the window and as I am asking the lady to read it back (wrong again) The lady taking the order was over there shaking her head and rolling her eyes. All I could picture was this behavior while I am ordering. The window lady asked me if anything else was messed up about my order, I stated yes " the other ladies behavior" She rolled her eyes and said I'm not her boss! I was done with feeling disrespected by a business that I support by ordering there. I told the lady to keep the food and I would be writing a review. An apology would have went a long way.
