Michaels — Local services in Ukiah

I love Michael's. I rarely get to visit the actual store because it is too far from my house. Anyway, the Ukiah store is always fairly neat, easy to navigate and the staff is always very helpful.

Here's my problem and the reason I can't give it 5 stars.... The Clearance! They don't mark SOME of the clearance items in-store... Don't get me wrong, AT THE REGISTER, they will let me know that my item is on clearance and they always give me the clearance price, but I would not have known it was clearance while I was shopping. Grrrrr. Now I have to sit in the parking lot and look-up all the clearance items online before I shop. It's pretty intense and takes away some of the joy of getting to ™splurge" at the...

I've shopped here for as long as they've been open, I spend thousands of $$ on glass beads. Today I went in for the first time in a little while and discovered they have 3 self checks and only one checkstand with a person working. Had to wait in line for about 12 minutes because NO ONE wanted to use the self check. When I got to the checker she informed me it was cash only at that checkstand. If you use a card you MUST use the self checks. I left all my stuff and went home to Amazon. As I am disabled, I will file a complaint with the ADA in hopes it will help someone else navigate that mess. It's a shame, I would rather shop there but I guess it has to be online...

Love this store would give more stars if had an electric cart so I could shop more. Hard navigating store walking with a cane and seasonal graduation products are all the way in back. Then once I reach the back of store we find graduation stuff but the tassels shown on app saying in stock main aisle as the rest of stuff are no where to be found. Maybe a chair placed at front and back of store for those who need to catch their breath or sit a minute would help also. Otherwise associates are very helpful n...
