I am rewriting my review. I appreciate who was workin with me in the past but now I won’t stop until jobs are lost or my lawsuit takes off. I’ve filed more than three complaints to corporate and nothing. I told them why I didn’t pay and tried to make payment this past weekend. My card had to be shut down after I gave Carlos my card information on 10/05/24 then I ended up with fraudulent charges trying to be made. I ordered a new card. I communicated this. Showing up at my door knocking unethically after I asked them to stop. Brought a fake warrant to my door. Threats to have me arrested. I called the police on 10/5/24. Don’t keep threatening me! File your charges! Telling me to get to get cash and make a payment. No I’ll pay with my Card online or I won’t pay any other way. My card was jeopardized after Carlos tried to run it Saturday. I’m done being threatened. Unethical practices to attempt to collect a debt will not fly. Telling me how to pay will not suffice. I’m done. Collect how you can. My lawyer will be in touch. Tyrone Regional- Very Rude and condescending. Trying to make me pay cash when my bank has no brick and mortar here in atlanta. Carlos- last person with my card information. Now it’s shut down. Read moreI DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to do business with D’Angelo or the union city team. Every since I placed my order online I have had problems with this store. From lying about the delivery date, to having to actually go in the store face to face to schedule a day for my delivery. He said he would push my payment back to the 15th for the inconvenience. After getting my furniture I payed my 1st payment. My 2nd payment they started calling on the 2nd. EVERYDAY...Literally. I paid my bill online the 15th as planned. Next month they called everyday starting the 2nd again. When I didn’t pay my payment exactly on the 15th they charged my charge without my permission. I called and spoke to Carl and he assured me my card would not be charged again. Next month same thing. Started blowing up my phone on the 2nd. This time charged my card on the 6th. I called and spoke with D’Angelo and again I was told it would not be charged again. After 2 months of no problems(Besides blowing my phone up before my due date) I thought we were good. Then june 6th my card was charged a THIRD TIME!!! I called and told them to come pick their furniture ASAP. D’Angelo is very rude and unprofessional. I understand I need to make a payment and was going to do just that when I had the money before my next payment approach on top of that pay for the following month. Jules whoever the manager is very rude, dry, and not understanding like I OWE HIM MONEY. I recommend not doing business at this store. I was told to pay half for the payment and when I got HALF an additional 5 dollars was added on for the late fee (didn’t tell me that at first) Which I could have paid with the remainder on the 15th. Never in my life have a male raise his voice at a female over merchandise that’s not his. He will still get paid at the end of the day. No need to be rude.
