First and foremost I would like to say that since ninja Japan has opened the food has been good. It wasn't until yesterday 5/11/16 that I had an experience that did not sit well with me. My fiancé and I always come into ninja Japan and order food for here but the lady at the cash register always box it for To go...not a big deal. So yesterday even though it was for here she boxed it to go and we sat down to eat, a Caucasian man came in and order his food for here, not only did she place his food neatly on a tray but she also came around the counter to bring his food to him at his seat... We noticed it but still wasn't a big deal.. 5mins later two African American women came in and ordered food for here, the cashier boxed there food up, placed it on a tray and yelled for the girls to come pick up there meal from the counter, that's when i had a problem. Read moreI ordered food for a friend of mine And he said it was horrible. He stated that it tasted tainted. I originally ordered the chicken noodle thinking it was some type of soup with chicken and noodles. When he received it, it was lo mein. I spoke to one of the employees over the phone and he said that he had spoken to the owner about putting up more photos on the website so that people could see what the actual food looks like. The Employee even stated that the business was losing customers. I’m sorry I did not look at some of the other reviews prior to ordering food from this restaurant. Do not waste your money.
