I've visited this location a few times to make sure I give a accurate opinion overall, not just based off of one experience. I have delivered for the restaurant through different delivery apps (uber, Doordash) and I will say that 90% of the time, the orders are already prepared, packaged up, and ready to be delivered. I am mainly a customer of theirs do to the amount of deliveries I've done for them, them having such a strong customer base in the fulton county area. On my original visit, I purchased Tilapia, whiting, wings, and chicken tenders. The wings were not seasoned (buffalo) as requested and they were dry and small. Because my son is not picky and it was late, he chose to digest the wings regardless, so I made no complaints only noted the issue. I returned to the location on Mothers day and ordered the same meals, I chose to only order whiting this time, because on my previous visit the tilapia was very thin. This meal was prepared as requested, This time the wings were seasoned but still small, to which my son and I agreed, I would not purchase them again. I returned to the location on 2 separate occasions, once ordering chicken tenders for my son, and another ordering whiting and cheese sticks. On the occasion of the chicken tenders I was more so disappointed that for $8.50 you received only 3 chicken tenders. My son did say he liked them, but the price is a deal breaker. Then we I returned for the whiting and cheese sticks, I ordered a side of garlic butter, no seasoning, ONLY THE TASTE OF GARLIC- to be frank it was oil. A cup of oil, because butter unless unsalted even has taste. Plenty of pizza shops offer garlic butter with your order, so I'm well aware of how its supposed to taste, as I've ordered it every time I visit this location. Since Iâm pescatarian with a huge craving for seafood most days, one of my neighbors recommended Mr Krabs Hut! Let me start by saying, Iâm from up north where âseafood goodnessâ is a normal for those that enjoy seafood! How do you locals allow this establishment to serve you this garbage? When I say everything was old, EVERYTHING! The super small shrimp was rubbery with a microwave taste. Also, I swear the shrimp had the weirdest reddish color that reminds me of an episode Iâve seen highlighting bogus seafood being purchased by restaurant owners to cut cost! Seriously, you can search it on YT, consumers are being sold fake fish and shellfish! Look it up. The corn(s) is not just overcooked but has the stale mushy feel from being cooked days prior or left out overnight. Letâs speak on the rotten and disgusting eggs; not only are they darkish green/grey inside but the egg white was hard and rubbery with discoloration. They smelled worse. Move onto the old azz potatoes that taste and feel like they fresh out the ground but served from the microwave. Hard as jawbreakers! The crablegs, Omgeeee! If you know the quality of seafood, then you would be disgusted at the freezer burnt outer shell and elastic bend that struggles to open. The actual crabmeat inside every claw seemed fake in a weird way. The meat was salty and mushy. Their sauce is watered down with oily butter and garlic but a taste described similar to if you mixed your ingredients with inexpensive products but stretched it with liquid days prior.    Read moreI have frequented this spot when I am in the area a lot. I have also been going to Red Crab House off 78. I like them better. I went to Mr. Krabs Hut last night with my daughter. We waited very long. Unacceptably long. Our tea/sprite came right out. Edamame and hushpuppies came out. Oh my what in the world! We waited for our boils for a while. I asked my daughter who was hungry was she ready to go? She said no. She really wanted seafood. At this point I was mentally done with slow Krabs Hut. It is one thing to bring out a table order but, for only one person. My daughter sat and waited for 30 additional minutes for her food. So in all we waited for an hour. The waittress said the cook messed up her order. She ginally got her food when I was done eating. I had a whole attitude of this is unacceptable. I tried to talk to I guess the owner or manager who put me off on my waittress. This intels BAD business. A waiter/waitress is only serving. Now I think the waitress should have owner pay for handling a customer service complaint that the manager could not handle or refused to handle. Now I had a small complaint when i went to Red Crab House. But this was shortly after everything was opening back up in 2020. The owner returned my call and I loved the way she handled her restaurant. Mr. Krab Hut owner stotally different at how she manage her busines. She should know if customers are unhappy with service it makes you look bad as a business.
