For somebody thatâs been in the business industry for over 6 years this has been by far the absolute worst Iâve seen. After taking my dog in for a meet and greet and evaluation I was told to bring him in again for a second evaluation because he was not neutered and It could be a problem . Understood. I didnât really like the place anyways. they have such a small cramped room space with small and big dogs combined not separated.also at one point the trainer grabbed my dog so hard from his scruff he started to whine .the trainer constantly had a nasty attitude how my dog kept trying to jump on other dogs and that itâs a problem . ( i just saw my dog jumping around because he was happy lol) Mind you after I took him in a few days later he caught a kennel cough .I have records from the vet with dates apart from the meet and greet and when I took him in to the vet. And he was not exposed to any other dogs besides this place .Due to that , I canceled meeting with the other trainer that was supposed to meet to train him a few days after the meet and greet. A few months later my dog got neutered and I decided to give this place another chance since itâs the only one around my neighborhood and regardless of all the red flags some of the staff was nice. Not only is this place a circus mess but the lack of communication is horrible. Nobody picks up the phone and if they do the line gets âcut offâ . I was finally able to get on the phone with somebody just to be told I would get a call back . Never did . If you donât want to take my dog in , please be professional about it and not a child and speak to me . As simple as that . I have a Siberian husky whoâs well behaved just has very high energy levels that likes to run and play around specially when he gets excited to see so many other dogs around . If they canât handle this type of high energy breed clearly they are not professionals. This place desperately needs...
Read morePuppy University exceeded our expectations. They're the best! They not only take care of our big boy Sparky but treats him like he's a real baby. Puppy University is not just a place where you drop of your little buddies and pick them up later, no no no. They're doing more. Like a University! They have activities! Who would have thought that a puppy daycare would be generous enough to make sure that your puppies have fun while they're with them, they play with bubbles, fetch, they take naps as well and they make sure that they get trained as well which for working moms like us, we hardly can do. Louie and Carlos went beyond what they can to make sure Sparky gets the nutrients he needs. First day, they asked us to send them Spaky's food to make sure that it's a good for him. They video chatted us when Sparky had a diarrhea and Louie checked each food bag while we show it to him on video call.
Whenever we pick up Sparky from puppy University, he smells like a lavander essential oil. That's how much they want to make sure your puppies are calm and smelling good when you pick them up. You will not hear a single puppy bark while they're in daycare as Louie and Carlos train them to be behaved dogs.
I know this is a long read but this is not even enough to show how much we love Puppy University. We're so glad they open again. Thank you Puppy University and to the best 2 uncles, Louie and Carlos, for making sure our spoiled big boy Sparky doesn't miss nurse momma and hooman no.1 while we're at work. Thank you for going the extra mile to train Sparky, for answering when we have questions, for always getting back to us....
Read moreModern day doggy day care is what Puppy University has been. I grew up with dogs so I know how important it is for your pet to have that freedom. Being a working couple, we were so worried getting a dog home thinking what would we do if we have a busy day. The solution was just right near our home - Yes Puppy University! Our puppy Drogo started going to puppy U - a place where he gets to socialize with other dogs, have good play time and excellent grooming services. Each and everyone who works at Puppy University cares a lot for all the dogs there. A dog day care that was nicely thought through - a place where I can trust my Drogo will be safe and sound. The idea of not having a leash or even a collar/cage for dogs in a dog day care is what attracted us towards this place and the care they take on each of the puppy tells us how much they love what they do. I am a true believer of if someone does what they love - it would just be the bestest of works, that's so true with Puppy U. I would like to thank each and everyone who works at Puppy U for taking care of my Drogo boy, the person whom I drop off Drogo to at 7:15 AM, the groomer. Saving best for the Last, I would also like to thank Louis and Carlos for starting this incredible place and wish them the best of success, truly deserving people. Continue doing what you are doing. You both are absolutely the best. I would not miss mentioning the fact when Drogo was having growing pain, Louis helped us through by guiding us by providing a lot of information and keep checking in on Drogo. Thank you for that. Loads of love to all of you from...
