Some of the staff are super rude. For example I came in today and asked if they had any of the new olaplex or kerastase haircare. The worker looked at me like I was an idiot and said, " Olaplex is more of a salon thing If we carried it I would know about it and be all over that." I told her Sephora has carried olaplex for several months now and she just continued to look at me like I was a lying idiot. Its just sad when I as a consumer am more up to date on the products that Sephora carries than their own employees. Olaplex is currently advertised on the front page of the sephora website... I then proceded to try to find a shampoo they did carry at this location as I was almost fully out of shampoo at home which is why I didnt just order it online. Of the super limited hair care section of this store, it was almost completely out of stock. Im not sure who does the ordering for this store, but they always seem to be low or out of stock of any popular products. Also every time I buy products at this location none of the workers know much about the products and end up asking me questions about how they work. Im used to the Seattle Sephoras...where they actually educate their staff about most of the products they sell. This place is the worst...save your time and just order online or go to the...
Read moreI dropped by to shop men's shirts. The online website indicates they have a very good selection of larger sizes (18.5 neck, etc). NO. They do not. The other thing, all of the displays are each just a large pile of picked thru , wadded up clothes. Evidently, the customers trash the displays, and the employees never tidy them up. There were many bins of assorted clothing in the aisles. They appeared to be "shelf elf" type of thing, each of the bins had a strange assortment of clothes, perhaps they were headed back to their correct locations, but the bins were abandoned behind some other display. I was in the store 20-25 minutes, looking at men's dress shirts, big&tall, and the suits. Not once did I get an offer of assistance. Sad... I was ready to drop some...
Read moreThis place is a mess. The only way to tell where sections are is by stopping at the only map of the store. There are no signs hanging from the ceiling or on the walls to tell you where the men's, women's, shoes, kid's sections are. Actually, there is one sign but it says "Juniors" section but it is in the area with the women's business clothes. So basically the only sign in the whole store is wrong.
Additionally, clothes on hangers are not sorted by size and all the clothes not on hangers were unfolded and moved around. I don't know if this place is understaffed or what, but I've never seen a clothes store as bad as this (besides Goodwill). I was looking for jeans and when I finally found where they were, they were so disorganized and messy that I couldn't even find my size...
