This is a fantastic shop! They get all of their never frozen meat from farmers in Ohio and Indiana. They make their own goetta there, and it's the best I've ever had. They make all of their own stuff, including their brats, which are the best I've ever had. I live alone so I appreciate being able to buy things in small quantities, like just a couple of ground chuck patties or just a few deviled eggs. I like how I can buy a smaller quantity of Sauerkraut than in big stores. They wrap your purchases in impermeable paper and then put them in a brown paper bag just like in the old fashioned butcher shops.
