Came here for years owner Mike was always awesome to us, Iā€™ve probably spent thousands of dollars at his store and then his brother started working never gave us trouble until I came in and while he was waiting we stopped in the cigar room and after came out to tell him about a pen that we bought Friday afternoon coming here Sunday as one of the magnets in the battery to hold it together keeps falling out. He said he canā€™t deal with it we were just talking to him calmly and he asked if we wanted to pay for the cigars and we didnā€™t get any and told him to check his camera, he got mad and told us we need to leave becuase we didnā€™t take anything. So now they lose out business and everyone I recommend will be told to go elsewhere as well. His brother is absolutely no good.

Not to mention Iā€™ve been coming here for 4 years, was well known by them as I talk to them every time. We asked him to call Mike for us several times. And he just got...

Man I come to the store every week and was getting good customer service with a lady there, I wish I knew her name, then I was greeted by an unfamiliar face with hasty intention to sell me what ever and get to his food he ordered. I went again and was greeted by the owner I have had good connection with and just wanted to sell me stuff because I wanted my card stamped. I spend a lot of money here and my last two interactions have cause me to go elsewhere.

Unbearable prices, cleanest store around and the owners are so friendly! They really want to assist their customers! Good customer service is so hard to find today, but not at VIP!

This smoke/vape shop is the best in Clermont County! I have sent several of my friends there and they actually will drive over from Amelia. Plenty of parking.

Also, with all the construction mess in Eastgate, this location is easy in and easy out, on Old 74! Thanks VIP! I will not give my $ to...
