I'll preface this by stating i do not eat meat and haven't for quite a few years . I haven't eaten at chickfila in at least 3 years, but i was craving their sauce. I ordered a fry, sauce, and salad dressing for my salad at home. I ordered paid drove home . Got everything together to sit down and eat, but their was no sauce. No big deal, but i was excited, so i drove back up. Explained the situation . was told i could figure it out at the window. Young woman argued that i only needed sauce. Not a freah fry. Asked why do you need fresh fries. Young man on the fry station started to laugh and talk with her. She walks to manager tells her my frys are cold because i drove home. Manager rolls her eyes and moves her head in a circle and throws frys and sauce in a bag . I dont want free food. I wanted fresh food. I didn't have an attitude. i didn't get upset about the situation or the unnecptable attitude towards me . It's uncalled for behavior. You can't honestly expect to be met with professionalism from your customers if you are being rude to them for absolutely no reason. I'd have paid for new fries and sauce. The fact was i just wanted fresh fries and sauce to eat while sitting at home. I gave you the old fries back because im simply not looking for free food, and it wouldn't have been eaten. They were cold. Im quite disappointed with this entire situation. I really thought that chickfila had higher standards than this. I can only imagine the type of treatment I'd have received had i been upset and had a tone or attitude. I imagine that this location deals with a lot of rude customers which is totally uncalled for and noone deserves to be disrespected especially while just working to survive. That being said each customer is a new customer and should be treated as such. Hopefully the employees here can learn to treat their customers better. I promise it makes for a smoother experience...

As far as fast food goes, this is a chick fil a. It's going to be a bit better than everything around it... right? No. I've come to expect more from CFA, but this place is unacceptable even for what's nearby. I would rather visit one of the multiple other food locations nearby. I would rather drive an extra quarter hour to the much MUCH better CFA in Milford, and have done so multiple times when I really wanted CFA.
This CFA takes a lot more time to get my food than others, simply because they can't force cars through. The lot and drive thru area are horrendous and need updated for their current 100% drive thru operation. The line is almost always backed up into the street, interfering with normal traffic.
In addition, the food is not as good as other CFA. The fries were severely undercooked one time, and severely overcooked another. They have no concept of allergies, and my friends and family with such needs simply will not go near this establishment.
The staff is a mixed bag. Most seem to be the general well-mannered and well-trained people I have come to expect at CFA. However, every visit has had at least one employee I interacted with that made me feel like I was at a McD's from television, with the laxidaisical attitude of bored children, regardless of apparent age.
After so many tries, over six times, I will not be returning to this CFA, no matter how much closer it is to me than others. If I want CFA, I will drive to Milford. I would even drive to another state before stopping at...
Read moreOver the years, we have been to many chickfila locations. And while the lunch rush hour is known to be as hectic and busy as a Division “zonk,” some sort of magic occurs at most locations to facilitate a seamless flow of hangry customers through the drive-thru line and send them rapidly on their merry way. Unfortunately, this location missed out on casting the proper spell and traffic stalled like a stubborn mule. Even with a mobile order, every step along the way seemed to take slower and slower. After 30 minutes of agony in the drive-thru line, our order was not ready and we were instructed to pull around and wait for someone to bring it out. I went inside to speed up the process and that is where I noticed what I suspect to be the main problem in this location. Everyone was too kind. Management needs to create a workplace where honest and candid feedback occurs, rather than ruinous empathy. Don’t allow trash on the floor, even if it was an accident. Don’t allow straws to be forgotten or orders to be misheard. Set a high standard and clear vision for your employees to follow. The little details matter. After 15 years of visiting this location, I don’t think I will dare to venture into the drive-thru again. To the social media manager who has to read and respond to all these reviews, you are probably not appreciated enough, and getting 1-star reviews makes your job more difficult. So the other 2 stars...
