BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Union Township

Not, once, not twice, but three times now I have ordered a bragel, added egg, only to arrive at work to have no egg and it doesn’t seem like the sandwich was toasted as it was very cold. I work only a few minutes away. I cannot return it because of the timing of grabbing coffee and work hours. It’s a shame because we love Biggby, and have usually great service. My husband and I have ordered the same sandwich multiple times with an added egg no problem. But this was literally my last three visits in a row. The first time I thought it was just a fluke so I didn’t care. The second time was a little questionable and then today was the final annoyance. I paid extra for that protein. Hopefully they can fix the issue as we love the coffee and have had nothing but great experiences with the coffee thus far! And the food prior to the last...

I placed a online order for a large order for a meeting at my job and they had everything ready to go and even walked it out to my car as well. I did not try the food but it did look good when I got it back to my job. My only real complaint is there is not many places to park, roughly like three spots. I did get myself a iced macchiato before I left and I sadly was not impressed with the quality for the price. I used to go to McDonald's when I wanted a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I decided to try to go to Biggby to see what they had to offer. I noticed the sandwich was more expensive than McDonald's. When I got the sandwich it was considerably bigger than what you get at McDonald's. So it's certainly worth it. And it was better tasting than any McDonald's breakfast sandwich.
