I don't know if I'll ever be able to truly thank Sofia for her professionalism, exceptional customer service, and work ethic, but I'm going to try.

In February, I custom ordered my SIL's graduation gift from Etsy. Red flags from the start: botched proofs, terrible customer service, you name it. Finally, the shipping label was printed and I was like okay, it's coming, I can relax. Wrong. It's been in " shipping label created" purgatory for nearly two weeks. The graduation is two weeks away. I purposely ordered this gift early and now it's most likely not coming on time. I did a Google search to find local companies who could make me a similar engraved gift and found Weld and Wear.

And you know what? Thank God I did. I ordered the gift around 9:30 AM, and by eleven I had proofs and it was in production. It was done by noon, I picked it up the next day and it's FLAWLESS. It is so beautiful and perfect, I cannot wait to give it to my SIL.
