Rarely do I leave a retail apparel store so impressed by the exceptional customer service that I feel compelled to write a review the moment I step into my house. However, today is that day! I recently had the "Red Carpet" experience at Akira in KOP Mall and am eager to share my fantastic encounter with the store manager.

From the moment I entered the store, the atmosphere exuded warmth and welcome. The manager, Cally, went above and beyond to ensure my shopping experience was nothing short of exceptional. Her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in assisting customers were immediately apparent.

Cally possesses an in-depth knowledge of the products and demonstrated a remarkable ability to understand and address my specific needs. She took the time to listen attentively, providing insightful recommendations and valuable information about the merchandise.

Today I had Fatii (I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong) help me and my friend out to find outfits for a concert we’re going to next week. A little back story is I lost 40 pounds and wanted to see if I could find some cute clothes. She helped us from the second we walked into the store from the second we left. She was so amazing and kind and genuinely made me feel beautiful in the clothes that she was bringing to me. We were there for 2 hours and she just was so attentive the whole time and made me feel so confident. The experience I had the first time going there is an experience I’ve never had before. I will never forget Fatii ever. She deserves a RAISE!!!!! She knows exactly what she’s doing and I will definitely be coming back every time just to see her! I’ve never become so close with an associate before and it felt like I was shopping with my best friend! Big thanks to her for her for making my first experience the best experience I’ve ever had in a store. I will 100% come back every time...

Candy was truly amazing at helping me today. I came in just casually looking around with no real plan, and she completely got me together for work. She knew exactly what would fit, what would flatter, and what pieces would go well together without me even having to ask.

Her customer service was excellent—she was attentive, genuinely helpful, and you could tell she really cares about what she’s doing. While I browsed, she pulled pieces that made sense for my style, organized the dressing room by color and outfit which was a beautiful experience and even suggested combinations I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. You aren’t getting that customer service anywhere else.

The store itself was clean and well‑organized, but Candy and the other associates is what made the experience stand out. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to make sure you leave feeling confident and happy with what you’ve picked. I highly recommend shopping here and asking for Candy. Akira is lucky...
