We first went in to Blue Nile in early November and were warmly greeted by Taylor! We were looking to get a new engagement ring for myself as our wedding was coming up and I wanted a simpler band style and larger diamond. Taylor was so patient in not only showing me all the different band styles but also educating me on the different grading scaled for diamonds. She also explained how their diamonds are sourced and I felt comfortable knowing my diamond would be ethically sourced. Since it was a large purchase we had to think about it. She provided all her contact information and send me a link of the bands I was looking at.

We went back to Blue Nile for Black Friday and asked for her specifically. She remembered us and pulled up the email she had sent me. They had a sale on wedding bands and she showed us matching wedding bands to match the engagement ring I liked. She then spent the next hour looking over all the different diamonds, explaining what she noticed in each diamond and how they ranked on the different grading scales.
