Ferragamo — Local services in Upper Merion Township

I bought Mens Loafers from this store back in December of 2017, it only took 6 months of having the shoes before the buckle snapped on me. I understand this is not the KOP stores fault. I was told to drop the shoes off to get repaired, and was given a time frame of 2 weeks. Its Been 3 months and no one has contacted me!!!! This is very poor customer service, and I would not expect this from a high end luxury brand . I had to call the store 5 different times and I still got no answers .
