The food is absolutely delicious (extra emphasis on delicious) and hands down one of the best Halal places to go to for the mall. (Please try them!) HOWEVER, this review is solely for the experience and staff. They are not nice to you what so ever. They do not smile and welcome you at all(expect the guy, he smiled). From the 1st time till now I have had the same experience. It’s so off putting. The “manager” who goes by Alex or Alexandra idk is emotionless, not empathetic at all, rolls her eyes when you are explaining what you would like to order. I came for a gyro wrap and they (2 people ! ) were making me a bowl. Not knowing how to order because it’s your first time and do not know what to get, I was confused and the service honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. The other associates have a hard time explaining what the ingredients are because their first language is Spanish , there’s no problem with that at all. However! If you have front line servers, please coach them on how to explain ingredients and also to just be NICE. I would rethink who you choose to put in leadership roles which ultimately have an impact on people’s perspective on the business and overall experience. Good food + great experiences = longevity and higher return...
Read more1- Very bad Service!! 2- You get samples of the food
Even if they have some good choices, the girl who is in service has a very bad attitude to the point that you feel food tastes UGLY!!!!! I regret eating the food and not throwing it back in her face!!
For the food itself, I understand that she gives you few of everything (if you ask to) but she has ZERO social and service intelligence, in case I explained that I am taking only about 4 choices in the bowl and ask her to add same kind of salad for example, I still get the spoon scoop, I had to take the bowl almost empty!!!! Seriously!!!!??? What is your limit guys for this stupid bowl!!!???? This needs to be clear.
Overall, this was not my first time there and everytime same note, this is my LAST TIME EATING FROM SUCH...
Read moreI drove 45 minutes to get to Mezeh after being told that they had the best Baba Ganoush in the PA. Anyi who works at this location reached out to me by replying to my Instagram story and invited me try to out Mezeh. She was brave to do that as I am known for being a foodie and a self tough cook. It is very difficult to please me with food.
The entire experience was memorable. Staff was super friendly, food was very fresh and full of flavor. I had the Shawarma Heat. I was not familiar with the ingredients, however the staff took the time to walk me through all the options available. The restaurant was very clean and organized.
I enjoyed my meal and the awesome customer service at this location. I will definitely drive 45 minutes again to go try a different salad or...
