DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! I cannot begin to describe how terrible this company is. I visited the KOP store and was told an item was in stock without any shipping delays due to COVID related shipping/supply issues. I wasn't 100% sold as I was still looking at other stores. I decided to make a purchase a few days later but was surprised to find that this store is only open a few days a week so I placed my order online. Their website slogan is "The smarter way to buy furniture". What a joke. I made my purchase from this high end store online and was not provided any information on when the shipment would come. This order was placed on October 22nd. I waited a week before checking online my order status. The order said "order export processing". I sent 2 emails to customer service regarding my order and did not receive a single response via email. I called customer service for 3 days until I finally got a representative on the phone. The woman I spoke with found my order and said, "I'm sorry but never order online because orders get lost and go into limbo. Please make all future purchases directly in the store with a representative to ensure you get your item". Is this a joke? The woman then proceeded to tell me ok no problem I have resolved this issue for you. Unfortunately, you missed the window for delivery for this upcoming Friday but I can have it delivered on the following Friday. At this point I said fine. All I want is my furniture delivered. I have not received any additional information or follow up regarding delivery. Online my order still says processing. I called the KOP store and they looked up my order and said its a different system for online vs in store orders but she would look into it and call me back. That was 3 days ago and I have received no follow up. This place is an absolute joke and not worth your time, effort, and especially your money.
If someone from upper management is reading this review I suggest you find a way to resolve this issue for me and reanalyze your entire company to ensure you can accurately live by your store motto. At this point I would say your slogan should read, "Modani- You can order our furniture but you will never receive it"
Today is Thursday. If I do not get a follow up call or receive this furniture by tomorrow Friday I will devote all of my free time to continue to protect the public from purchasing from this place. ...
Read moreFirst time shopper here at Modani and bought the Envy bedroom set.( bed frame, headboard, dresser, side night stand and mirror) The design and wood selection for this set is gorgeous. We were looking for a bed frame that was flushed to the floor and the one they had in the showroom looks amazing. It looked sleek and design goes well with our home decor. Delivery came this past Saturday 11/19 and because of the wood type, the packages it came in was extremely heavy. (Dresser, bed frame and headboard) There were 3 delivery people that helped bring the set up to the bedroom. In no way my husband and I would of been able to bring that up ourselves. Most of the items came assembled already so there weren’t a lot we needed to do. We noticed once things were in place, there were slight issues with the furniture. Drawers from the dresser were not installed evenly but still usable. It just was not evenly spaced as I would of hoped. The bed frame was not quite as flushed to build and part of the wood was offset by a bit. I contacted their customer service (11/21) by texting them photos and a short blurb of my issues. Jenece texted backing (11/22) and assisted me very quickly next day and am satisfied with their resolution. I was afraid it would take a while for them to get back to me but they did get back to me the next day and resolved my concerns.

I want to specifically highlight the incredible customer service I received from Rose Freed (Assistant District Manager and Showroom Manager). I placed an online order (not through her store) and could not get any updates from the online support team (again, separate from the King of Prussia location). My inquiry luckily got routed to Rose, who took it upon herself to work diligently on my behalf to determine when my order would be received at my local Modani Store (in Atlanta) and worked with the delivery/dispatch warehouse to preemptively schedule a delivery date that suited my availability. Rose provided excellent, thorough, and timely updates, and, to reiterate, I did not even place the order from her store. All Rose knew was that a "Modani Customer" was in need (me), and she leaped into action with a true sense of urgency to ensure I was fully taken care of.
