Update Sept 2022 - There is new management in the store and things appear to be improving. ----The worst customer service ever experienced -- the "supervisor on duty" had no clue or it would appear can't even identify a longtimeRL brand loyalist. There seems to be an entire turn over of the staff, so the service is non-existent. Actually, there's really no reason to ever shop RL/KOP -- especially, when you get far better customer service at Bloomingdales or Macy's. Read moreThe associate who helped us was beyond friendly and informative. Manny was the absolute definition of going above and beyond for the customer. He was efficient and helped us find something in our price range and without him, I’m sure that we would’ve thought there would be nothing within our price range and left. As a side note, he was also incredibly personable, and truly a splendid character with a genuine heart. I can say with full certainty that he created a repeat customer. They will judge you by your look, not sure if it’s race or outfit or age (probably all), and will mock you thinking you can’t afford their products. They need to understand they’re just an employee working for a luxury brand, they don’t own the brand. They will walk by you, announcing the price with an unpleasant mocking tone, when no one asked for it. They knew it was uncalled for, and walked off with a smirk.
