What a great experience we had at this particular location we got up super early in the morning and we were trying to get the latest mouse that was out we were third in line and they only released 2 this year for this store . Zach stepped in knew that we wanted it for only 9 year old son and he made some phone calls and arranged it to be shipped out . We can’t thank him enough for going out of his way to help make our Christmas that much better . I have renamed Zach (Santa clause) ! The other guys that worked at this location went super helpful with our other purchases. I am a mod for the Razer insider forums... and I cannot stress how long I have been waiting for a Razer store to open up near me. This is something I asked for daily for such a long time. When I finally got to experience visiting this store I was blown away. It immediately felt like home. Every rep that works here is FANTASTIC!! The Razer store in King of Prussia Mall is amazing!! I'm a visual person so seeing all the keyboards, mice, chairs, computers and laptops in person and getting a feel for them was already great but the employees were phenomenal! Jake gave my girlfriend and I amazing service and a ton of helpful information about all their products as well as letting us test multiple things out! The environment is very friendly and they know what they're talking about there!
