Worst Experience I have ever had buying a custom closet. Bought a custom closet paying over $2,200. Scheduled the closet install well over a month in advance. They called me less then a week out when the closet was suppose to be put in and they said they needed to reschedule? What kind of service is this? When my closet was then installed it is leaning and crooked so it wasn't put up right.. When the closet was installed one of the shoe racks were missing and they said they would send that in the mail. A month later I called and now the original shoe rack we wanted to go with everything else is discontinued - so now I am missing a piece in my closet. When were they going to tell us this? They basically forgot and ignored it. Also when installing the closet some of the racks were missing the plastic pieces.

This is an absolute mess and I would never again pay money for this type of closet by the Container Store. I am really upset and I am out a lot of money because of this and still I do not have a...

The lady at the check out was so rude. She didn’t even bother to say hello. We had a 30 percent off coupon and an additional 15 percent off on the item, she told us she did 45 percent off on the item when she only did 30 percent and an extra $2. When I go back inside and ask the other customer service person he apologized and couldn’t explain why she had done that. She then argues the computer made the mistake. No apology whatsoever. It was clearly a human error done on purpose and she had the nerves to blame the computer. I’ve been a regular customer shopping at Container store for almost 13 years now and I’ve shopped at various locations in the 6 states that we have lived earlier. Never have I had any issues or experienced this kind of rude behavior. Clearly, this lady needs to be taught manners and given some training to deal with customers. I am very disappointed at the customer service from this person which is definitely not the Container...

I couldn't find the size I needed in a container to fit in the refrigerator, or the bathroom, they have basic office supplies, which are cheaper at Staples. I haven't found anything unusual or different, I have better luck at Home goods and they're a lot less money. I had a specific size container I needed I got a much better price and fit at Amazon and free delivery at Amazon. I don't think fabric shelving systems are containers. Way too pricey, virtually no customer service, lines are too long, not enough people at the checkout, and when someone came up to check out another customer they told me to go in a different line, which was really long-that they weren't open, I went to the other line and they opened the first line I went in. Rude service, other customers were rude, everyone loses their patience in that store because of lack of service and lines are too long- correction only one...
