I recently had the pleasure of visiting Panera Bread in king of Prussia and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the manager, Brittanie. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming attitude, which set the tone for the rest of my visit.

First off, the service I received was second to none. Brittanie went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my meal and my overall experience at Panera Bread. She was incredibly attentive, checking on me regularly to see if I needed anything and ensuring that my food was just as I had ordered it.

Additionally, Brittanie's knowledge of the menu was impressive. She was able to provide recommendations and made sure I was aware of any specials or limited time offers the restaurant was offering. I truly felt like she was invested in making sure my meal was enjoyable and that I would want to come back for more.

What I particularly appreciated about Brittanie's management style was her ability to have a pulse on the entire restaurant. She was consistently monitoring the flow of customers and ensuring that everyone was being served in a timely manner. Even during a busy lunch rush, she never lost her cool or became flustered, which made me feel confident that I was in good hands as a customer.

The overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant was also a reflection of Brittanie's exceptional management skills. Every table was clean and ready for customers, and I noticed her consistently checking on the cleanliness of the dining area and making sure that nothing was out of place.

Another aspect of Brittanie's management that deserves recognition is her leadership style. She always led by example, setting a high standard for her team by being friendly, professional, and efficient. I noticed her coaching and encouraging her team members throughout my visit, which helped create a positive and productive work environment.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Brittanie as a manager at Panera Bread. Clean place. But lacks friendliness, smiles from workers, works more like a conveyor, not well managed. I would recommend to double check all your items - local team makes mistakes, misses soups, smaller items, loses drinks, leaves order unpacked - even if order is to go. Don't wait for mistakes to happen, help them improve - both, manager and employees at this location, likely wait for customers to provide direct training and feedback. Manager does not appear to have good control of the situation and can use customers insights. Best approach is to go directly to assembly team and check how order is cooked and mixed, count all used items, go through their list and check how your order was listed (missed items, etc). It will save you time and also help them with training and direction. Most employees appear very inexperienced and lack attention to what they are doing.

Panera Bread as a company only recently started catching up with other fast food companies, like McDonalds and Burger King in customer service, and are still learning. Everyone is very nice, but I have to give a shout out to Vince. In the three years I have been visiting the king of Prussia location, Vince has always been polite, friendly, professional and goes above and beyond no matter how many tasks he is juggling. He’s an incredible employee and shining example of what incredible customer service should be and can be. I hope Panera knows how valuable he is along with all of the employees there, everyone is so friendly. Besides that, the food is top quality, consistent every time. Flavors hit the mark on everything; super selections amazing breakfasts and everything is very clean! If asked, my only suggestion is maybe try different bagels, more dense not so soft and switch up desserts more often. Bring back green goddess veggie sandwich, it was the best!
