Horrible customer service. Stood in line to pay for my one item .. Sofia was talking on the phone for about 5 minutes before I kindly asked her if there was only 2 ppl working so I could be rung up. (There was another employee there piercing someone’s ear) she then proceeded to say it was just them two. She finished her call a minute later and rang me up .. My total was $16.20 I wanted to pay with a 100$ bill but she then said she had no change at all .. I asked if there was anywhere she could get change in the back but she said no because if she left it would get very busy but there was no one one more customer and her other employee there .. I asked for her store phone number and she then yelled and said I was being very rude .. I was with my 7 yr old daughter so decided to walk away. I Left with my daughter upset and crying since we couldn’t buy her “mini” toy . I ended up going somewhere else, got change , came back and purchased what I originally came for. What a waste of time! Do your research on ear piercing before getting a piercing with a gun. The employees are not in any way certified piercers and the only information they have to offer is regurgitated from the company rather than actual fact. Healing a piercing in 3 weeks is not healthy, healing a piercing too quickly can cause an infection. Puncturing the ear with the end of an earring is blunt force trauma, piercing is done with a small hollow point needle to create room for the earring. Guns cannot be 100% cleaned and while they say "the gun does not touch the ear", the gun does touch the earring which needs to be sterile. And of course, the piercing is not at all done in a sterile environment. TLDR Even though ear piercing is common, it is still inserting a foreign object into the flesh and it should be taken more seriously and researched thoroughly. A real piercing is more expensive because you're paying for a certified professional to conduct a body modification in a sterile...
