Do not try to utilize Kohl’s for your Amazon returns as they are promoting heavily at this time! Do yourself a favor and just take them to UPS , FedEx or the USPS! I attempted to use this process as I thought perhaps it would be easier & I could do a little shopping while I was there, I had already printed my shipping label that Amazon had provided,.. they said that label wouldn’t work for them, 1st girl was attempting to walk me thru the process but Amazon site did not show Kohl’s return as an option. So she called the manager Jade- who initially acted like she would assist me but then started making up a series of lies as to why she could not help me, 1st she said some items aren’t allowed to be returned at Kohl’s- what items are those??? I asked, she couldn’t say, & didn’t know what I was returning, then she asked where I lived, I told her about 9 miles away, 2nd lie she said was they could only accept returns from people in a 8 mile radius!!!😱🤯 And this was the manager- Kohl’s has lost my business today, and at Christmas as I’ve done most of my seasonal shopping there last few years!!!...

Call customer service and all they will say is, "we cannot verify you" Provided email, name, last 4 of ssn, phone number, email address, have told them what is available on the Kohl's card.... all to no avail. Simply, " We cannot verify you" This is insane. Went into a store, had the store manager agree to talk to phone customer service, CS WOULD NOT TALK TO THEM! This is asinine! We provide EVERY piece of identifying info asked, walk into a store, in person, and NO assistance. This is the most absurd process there ever was. Maybe THIS will get someone in corporate to take notice. Customer Service is DEAD. My Kohls card is in serious jeopardy of being cut up and my business at Kohls is in imminent peril of being non-existent moving forward ( and Kohls has always been our first choice for clothes shopping)

Read moreI am providing this review belatedly and would like to start by apologizing. On May 22nd, I went shopping at Sephora for the Clinique Cult Classic Lip Duo. During my visit, I interacted with two lovely Sephora associates, Mirta and Kenya. They accompanied me to the Clinique section, but unfortunately, we were unable to find the product. After showing them a picture, they were still unable to recall seeing it. As I was preparing to leave, they located me and had successfully found the Clinique set.
