Kohl's — Local services in Vallejo

My daughter and I wanted to check out this Kohl’s for the Sephora yesterday 5/28 7pm. I have shopped at Sephora for years, even before I Had my daughter. Normally in the SF and Emeryville areas. It was so disappointing. There were two girls working, one more heavy set. My daughter wanted a specific lipstick and I encouraged her to ask if the workers to check the lock box under the make up section to see if one was available. The smaller of the two went on and on about how people there steal and there’s only what’s out. She kept going on to the point I had to ask if she can please just check. She looked at the computer, said there’s none. I said ok, thank you. The other employee walked over as soon as we started walking away, clearly gossiping and complaining. My daughter was so disappointed and I told her it’s on we can’t check another Sephora. Whatever. We walked away, continued our shopping within Sephora. I wanted the face products, moisturizer and wash. And I seen the heavier set employee walk by and asked if she can see if there’s the big wash. She smirked annoyed, started saying “there is back ups but only the back ups of what’s out.” As if I wasn’t intelligent enough to understand. I have never been spoken to like this in any Sephora, I was shocked. You don’t know how many times I’ve asked they’ve told me there wasn’t any left checked and there just so happened to be one. And If there wasn’t they would tell me what other Sephora had one. It was just talked down too, looked down at. I almost regretted the $300 we spent there. I’m giving 3 stars because my cashier at the kohl’s side was absolutely nice and so sweet. Helpful. They even said thanks you and have a good night. I hope you all do a retraining in Sephora,I’ve even gone to sephoras outside of the Bay Area and other states and this was the worst experience in...

Sunday July 2nd, 2017 7pm Ish, was clothes shopping for my mom. Was looking for some help and found two girls talking about personal things that you should not be talking at a work place. I was right in front of them and they looked at me rolled there eyes and went about there business. I was ready to go off but instead talked to a manager i guess after calling the store. His name was shay and he said he would get somebody to come help me. I was put on hold and waited for 5 minutes. He said did anybody come and help me and I told him no. He put me on hold one more time and when he came back on the phone to asked if anybody helped me. At that point I was fed up and told him don't bother asking anybody to help. I really can't beleave that store is like that. The vacaville store is people friendly and would gladly help you out in any way they can. I'm not returning to that store!!

I went to Kohl's specifically to buy myself a new wallet and thank goodness they were on sale so I got a nice little wallet at a decent price 50% off with my discount and their sale price. There's so many nice things in Kohl's I could have spent hundreds of more dollars but I'm trying to stay on budget and refrained. I did try to look for a bathing suit for my granddaughter and couldn't find a bathing suit anywhere in the children's Department. Summer isn't even here yet and I think they're bringing in the fall clothes which is kind of annoying because she needs a bathing suit. I couldn't find anyone to ask or help me to see if maybe I just overlooked them that's not a plus in my book.
