Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

If I could give no stars.. I would!! I cannot believe that you have members of management who basically call their customers liars. Iam FURIOUS!! i order from Papa Johns at least 3 times a month and have never had an issue to have to call in about (thank goodness because your team members are absolutley rude and would NOT be working for my company if i ever found out they treated their customer the way i was treated tonight). I orderd two large pizzas, chicken wings, and cheese bread(a usual order for me) the cheese bread was absolutley burnt, dry and discusting and the chesse and crust parts of the pizzas were the same. The food was flat out overcooked. I called the local store i ordered from (Vancouver WA 4th plain store) to let the manager(Sean)know and he said" well umm i uhh cant promise anything becasue i doubt very seriously the food was overcooked so it will probably come out the same but i can send it out for you" (his EXACT verbiage) EXACT!! I will never spend my money here again and will be sure everyone i know, knows how the customers are treated even in the "trust" of a member of management. and by the way, i called about this at 9:43pm tonight and it is now 10:34, guess what?? no replacement. Thanks a million!! now i have to go spend moorree money to feed my kids becasue the 45.00 i spent with Papa Johns tonight apparently didnt matter!!! SOOOO LIVID!!!!!!!! i demand a refund and will contact as high as it goes...

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Do not order from this location if you plan on eating anytime before the end of the year. Placed an order for a simple pepperoni pizza at 8:20pm. Got an email that it would be 30-40 min, okay. At 9:30pm, still no pizza. Called the location and was put on hold for 10 min. Had to hang up and call back. When I asked where my order was the girl who answered said her system showed it was delivered. Uh no! This is the 2nd time this has happened from this location. She said she could replace it free of charge and it would be delivered in 45 minutes!?! Seriously?? Considering they dont deliver in their stated time frame, my pizza wouldn't have arrived until 10:45pm. Ridiculous!! I will never order from Papa Johns again!!! Wish I could give zero stars, because thats what they deserve.

Save your time and order from Domino's. At least they have a tracker and have never taken more than 25 min from the minute I placed my order to when it...

The crew (bless them for not adding "parm flakes" 😅 or "pizza glue"😪 (dandruff/snot/👍)) not only took my call 5min before closing , they made my order (after about a 10min difficulty in location) and we're kind enough for having to deal with an jackhole of a customer. My sincerest apologies , I work fast food and I used my forbidden knowledge of the role we take on when we start our shifts. We hand over all right to be angry or argue , and our souls burn Everytime a customer like myself enters the HQ of torture (insert job here) . I know what I did and I will live with that, and only a maybe 4 $ tip ( distance was literaly behind the store but again I called because I couldn't go in... ) I'm broke and I was stoned and it was a mission after I couldn't order said pizza in store... I'm so sorry . I can only lame and never use my peers for...
