I waited to write my review because I wanted to reflect on my overall treatment and care. My experience with Dr. Tran has been consistently positive. She truly listens, acknowledges concerns, and takes action or provides the support needed. I never feel rushed. She makes me feel seen and heard every time.

This is the first doctor’s office I’ve ever had where I can message concerns and receive same-day feedback. She also offers prescription services that, in my personal experience, are more affordable than going through large companies with insurance. (I’m sure medications and insurance plans will vary)

She makes strong recommendations for your health needs, but never in a pushy way. I always feel like the decision is mine, and that she respects my choices while still guiding me with her expertise, clearly addressing the pros and cons of each outcome.

What stands out most is her availability and responsiveness. While I’m careful not to take advantage of it, I appreciate how rare and special that level of service is. You don’t find this kind of care at many medical facilities.

Dr. Tran had been my primary care physician previously when she was at KHN, so obviously I was disappointed when I found out she was leaving the practice. However, due to a life event change my insurance coverage became a high deductible plan. This is how Dr. Tran’s new practice became part of my healthcare needs again. This was an ideal fit to supplement the high deductible plan that I currently have while allowing me to visit a doctor at a reasonable rate. Dr. Tran is a caring physician that listens to your needs while giving you options to address the concerns. I enjoy the fact that you can get nearly an hour with the doctor which also makes you feel like you’re not a number on the assembly line. Dr. Tran always follows up with you to make sure you’re feeling better. Appointments have been easy to get, same day most of the time, and the few prescriptions I do take have been cheaper than when I’ve had better insurance as well. The transparency of costs is an added bonus. Telehealth visits and in person visits are available. The ability to speak with Dr. Tran via the Spruce app is also a nice function. If you have a high deductible plan, direct primary care should be an option to look into, and Dr. Tran’s practice should be high...
